How It Works

A Licensed Commerce Layer, Applied to Live Events

This is not a platform, marketplace, or marketing system.

It is a licensed commerce control layer that governs when and how merchandise access can occur around a live event.

Five Steps

A streamlined process to license and deploy the commerce layer for your live events

01

License the Commerce Layer

A rights holder licenses the commerce layer for a defined scope of events. The license does not replace existing systems.

Ticketing systems unchanged

Merchandise systems unchanged

No data ownership transfers

02

Define Licensed Commerce Windows

The layer establishes event-relative windows where merchandise access is permitted. Outside these windows, it remains inactive.

After ticket purchase

During event lead-up

In-event moments

Limited post-event window

03

Restrict Access to the Licensed Layer

Only merchandise authorized within the Licensed Commerce Layer can be activated. Products outside the layer are explicitly excluded.

This creates a controlled environment where transaction signals are clean, isolated, and attributable to licensed conditions.

04

Commerce Occurs Inside the Event Lifecycle

When a licensed window opens, fans access authorized merchandise directly from their device. No lines. No staffing dependency.

Seat-based purchasing

Moment-locked availability

Expanded SKUs fulfilled off-site

05

Validation Is Transaction-Based

The pilot is validated only if net-new, completed transactions occur within licensed moments. No attribution modeling or optimization loop.

If incremental transactions do not occur, the license concludes.
